System for the cooling of the smoke through vaporized air
The smoke to be cooled, enter in the upper part of the tower where they come stabilized. Subsequently they catch up the area of vaporization nozzles where they will be washed with vaporized water through compressed air. For a finer control of the final temperature a stage with ambient air in let follows A precise calibration between capacity of air, compressed air and water spray is necessary in order to guarantee the precise control of the temperature. This system is controlled in automatic thanks to a software and PLC.
