Cleaning of oil vapors from single machine of press casting
the anti sticking liquid, sprayed on the warm mould evaporates generating oiled vapors.
This machine allows, through 2 stages of cleaning, to condense those vapors generating an emulsion of water and oil that is collected on an appropriate bathtub.
Stage 1: the oiled vapors enter there and are pulled down in this section. The washing liquid comes sprayed in counter-current at high pressure. The refill of the liquid comes managed in automatic way. The correct dimensioning of this phase allows to obtain one almost total condensation and cleaning.
Stage 2: the air in escape from the first stage comes filtered in static way and released in the atmosphere in the full respect of the norms.
