Reuse

Screening
The phase of screening allows to remove solid bodies of one specific dimension. This represents the first action to carry out in the treatment process. We offer one immense range of grids of various type. Some examples: rotary screen to brush and slanted plan for the collection of the material.

Micro screeninge
When a finer screening is needed, the micro screening is done with rotary drum filters.
This allows to separate smaller solid bodies than the previous phase.

Dynamics sands removal
This phase allows to eliminate eventual sands that could go in the equalization tank causing inconvenients like the usury of electromechanical parts presents. The sand removal allows to collect the sands and to send them to mud treatment or the dehydration bags.

Equalization
The equalization is constituted from a tank of opportune dimensions that allows to assure an right time of retention in order to reduce the variations of sewage flow.
In the case that simples biodegradable substances are present, is necessary to guarantee the right oxygen amount dilution in order to avoid the formation of smells.

Biological oxidation
Represents the heart of the process and is realized through active mud. It is a biological process that uses one biomass (one suspension of bacteria and microorganisms) in order to neutralize the contained organic cargo in waters to deal.

Clarification
Production of mechanical clarifiers –circular- and pack separators. The production of these elements follows the specific requirements of the engineered plant, obtaining of the specific and tailored products. The clarification can be realized with various constructive technologies that start from gravity sedimentation (through use it of gantry revolving screens, to arrive to floaters and to the use of leaking material.

Filtration
Ecowair produces an immense range of filters (also in stainless steel) with characteristics and various dimensions that can work manual or automatic.

Re-use
The dealt sewage, after the final stage of filtration can be dispersed in the atmosphere or red-use for futures it employs. At this point typical treatments can be integrated on the processes like for primary waters, example:

  • adsorption on active carbons: it allows of the removal of organic contaminates.
  • filtration on membrane: it takes advantage of the pressure in order to separate larger molecules that can vary from some micron to little nanometers. This allows to obtain a specific filtration of the polluting that must be eliminated, like salts, pigments, coloring, oil emulsions or others. Ecowair realizes systems of: micro filtration, ultra filtration, nano filtration and reverse osmosis.
  • Vacuum evaporation: If the sewage is particularly difficult to treat, vacuum evaporation and concentration can be used.
